    Last weeks cook

    the 70 pounds of meat I cook last weekend was eaten yesterday wedding pulled eye of chuck and pulled sirloins all had good flavor and was told by everyone it was good. I’m thinking if she I gotten the pork butts and chuck roast how much better it would Have been. The lesson learned I pick the meat they pay for it🤓

    Exactly. I cringe when people already have the brisket and want sliced. Of course a 3 day dry brine does wonders.
