    A few of my recent cooks. Smoked a little pork belly to put on the deviled eggs. First time to cook ribs on a stick burner and they turned out really well, and I can't get out of here without posting a pic of a 18lb brisket we chopped and took to feed the office. I've had several other cooks as well, but these are some of my favorite pics.

        I add Costco lemonade to make Arnold Palmer. The lemonade is super sweet so diluting it 50/50 with tea works out great.

        HUGE + 1 on th Arnold Palmer, my fave after a long, hot, humid day at th grind!
        Really knocks down th thirst, an dehydration, plu pre-cools my Guinnes system to an immediately accessible functionality level, so first Bopper don't steam all up in my sinuses lol!

        tdimond, I don't remember how long they took exactly, I put them in for the same amount of time as the tenderloin. I believe it was 45 minutes to an hour. They probably could have used another 15 minutes though. Some were good, but others were slightly underdone.
