Nothing spectacular to this perhaps, but for our family meal last night we took a shop bought chicken (free range),
I spatched it straight from the bag, lightly salted both sides and sprinkled on some left over beef rub.
Chucked it in GMG JB at 350, and got the thick bits to internal 175.
I gotta tell you it was so moist, flavoursome and enjoyable. Served with sweet potato fries and some broccoli.
Damn I love my pellet pooper, simple can sometimes be the best.
