The meal went well. Lots of smoke, food and great friends. I sat back as everyone ate this meal that took almost two months to prepare and I felt blessed to be able to bring my friends together and bring joy and have fun doing it. What a great thing we can do with a little fire and wood.
Weber Summit Kamado with SnS and Vortex.. Broil King Baron, Primo Oval Junior. Primo XL. Love grilling steaks, ribs, and chicken. Need to master smoked salmon. Absolutely love anything to do with baking bread. Favorite cool weather beer: Sam Adams Octoberfest Favorite warm weather beer: Yuengling Traditional Lager. All-time favorite drink: Single Malt Scotch
