    Veal Chops

    Thought I had pork, but veal instead. I need good ideas to cook on either Pit Barrel or Weber Gas. Thanks

        How thick are they? It's lean meat, so if it's thick enough to do a reverse sear (>= 1-1/2") that's the way I'd go. If you want medium rare, say to 125 or so at 225F, then a very hot sear for a minute or two a side.

        If thinner, then direct heat, flip it a lot, and figure 3 minutes a side. Roughly.

            Thanks to all! I'll get to the profile soon. The wife came through with a Rosemary & garlic rub and pan fried. I know, with such good outdoor options available.....btw, they were 1 1/4" thick.
