        The WiFi version is $136. I haven’t seen it cheaper than that, even with the Xmas sale. Does it go lower than that?

        I believe the Anovas run about $99 now-a-days. Like PKB says you might want to wait a little bit but that's a pretty good deal for what you get.

        T-bone do you have the WiFi or Bluetooth Anova. I want to be able to use it without the phone, although I. Sure I would use it that way.

        The WiFi version is sitting in the amazon cart.

        Bluetooth is so disappointing in general. I'd go with the WiFi.

        barelfly I have the WiFi version. I like that it's 900w vs. 800w of the bluetooth model. Also, it's nice to have the WiFi if you need it during a long cook. Push the buy button!

      I have an anova and a joule and even though the joule only works with a phone, I still prefer it to my anova.

        I bought a PolyScience so many years ago that I can't speak coherently about the Anova and Joule products. Except to say that they're both amazingly good deals!
