    Faux Cambro

    just a note to anyone not using the faux cambro....it is the single greatest idea I've ever gotten off the web! (is that a bit over the top?). Turkey kept very warm for over 2 hours. Thanks Meathead for the wonderful idea.

      I scored 2 of those along with the dolly they go on to roll them around off of Craigs List for $150 a few years ago. I hold pork butts in them overnight for pulling the next day. I use them to hold hot or cold food when I'm doing event cooking. They are invaluable!

      I have also kept pork butts in it overnight and still piping hot the next day. I really like it.
