    ultimate turkey stuffing question

    Going to add egg and go the buttered muffin pan route this year! How much egg and when do you add the egg to the stuffing? Also, same baking parameters, ie. 375 degrees for 20 minutes? Thanks!

    At our Thanksgiving table, stuffing balls (about the size of a baseball) are a must! Pulled into chunks stale bread, butter sauted onion, celery and red bell pepper, add a beaten egg and lots of rubbed sage. Mix should be soft enough to stick together but not runny. If it doesn't stick together, add some of the drippings from the turkey. Form balls and bake on a greased cookie pan. The best thing about this is the crunchy stuff for soaking up gravy is all around!

    I don't have a time or a temp or amounts because I don't use them!
