    First Fatty

    First attempt at a fatty...Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger Fatty...

    Rolled out the ground beef in a ziploc bag...covered the inside with kosher salt and Memphis Dust...then layered..shredded Velveeta cheese, raw onions, sauteed onions, and horseradish cheese...wrapped in bacon weave and then dusting of Famous Dave's Rib Rub...smoked for 2 hours then glazed with a modified version of Malcolm Reed's Burt Ends Glaze...also fixed pit beans as a side...

    Came out awesome...
