    Brisket and Ribs?

    Can I cook both a small 2.5 lb brisket and a rack of loin back ribs together in a 22" Weber Kettle with Slow N Sear? How long would be a good time estimate if temp between 225 and 250?

    They should fit fine. May have to rotate their position once or twice through the cook.

    Put a probe in the brisket and do the bend test on the ribs. But I would imagine they'll be close together on time. If one gets done before the other you can have first meal, then 2nd meal!

      I think your ribs will get done much faster. In my experience, briskets regardless of weight tend to take double digit hours and ribs don't. I'd start the brisket at least 3 or 4 hrs earlier, if not 5 or 6.
