Sorry that it's our of focus, watching the kids and couldn't get the macro lens out.
Anyway, usually my MIL takes these or other Peppers and makes a hot "sauce" that we put into our curry, salsa, or fish sauce when eating Vietnamese cuisine. Other times I've chopped these up fresh to mix with burger glop to make it spicy.
But I was wondering what, if anything I could do on the grill, BBQ, or smoker to change things up a bit.
For a sense of scale, they are about half a Pinky width and about a Pinky length. (Give or take a few centimetres)
Edit to add that I have about 12 fruits growing on that plant
