    Tonight's cook for dinner tomorrow

So tonight is the first big cook I'm doing in my new Mixon. Cooking up a bunch so there are plenty of leftovers for the mil and wife while I'm on the truck making money. Brisket ( 21.4 lbs pre trimming ), 2 look to be 10 lbs duroc Boston butts, adding in the morning 5 to 10 lbs chucks for pulled beef, and 3 racks of ribs. Also tomorrow making Boston baked beans and a cucumber and tomato salad to go with it. Here is everything including the meat only storage added to the house.

I love the meat only storage. I have a small under counter fridge which is predominately my beer fridge in my garage that I use but it's too small. A larger one is definitely on my radar. What size and brand is yours??
Looks like it would do the trick for me.

Was a little nervous about the brisket it was my first and on a new smoker also but came out great probably a little too tender went to pick it up to slice and felt like it was going to fall apart, so moved it with pizza peel

Nice. I think my parents are sending a fridge our way when they get their new house. Our fridge is less than 2 years old so I will get a great meat storage fridge for myself.

Great looking food, Elgine . I hope you take some of the leftovers on the road with you!

I have a side by side in the kitchen and a full fridge and full freezer in the pantry, but somehow it's still not enough! WTFudge? I love the idea of a meat fridge in the garage. Makes me want to beat my chest and make challenging noises to any wild animals out there.

Seriously, though, by the time I dry brine 3 chickens or wet brine some stuff in the "auxiliary fridge", I am seriously compromised with respect to refrigerator real estate. Of course the two shelves of chilled beer could go, I guess, but what sacrilege!

If you get a chest freezer, watch out for causing "freezer archeology". We did ours a couple of weeks ago, and have a lot of stuff to cook.

Lol I hear you unfortunately I don't drink no one in the house really does. The only alcohol that is usually in the house is a bottle of jack Daniels for the modified Memphis style BBQ sauce I make that everyone who has tried loves. I don't take any on the road as I don't keep a microwave on the truck. It's all about the wife and mil easy meals for me. But come 4th of July I'll be doing another bigger cook as I have invited people I used to work with in the casinos over for BBQ. I'll be posting then again as I'm working on menu now
