What To Do with Smoked Water

So I have a pint of smoked water in the fridge. Wifey is asking why. LOL. Looking for recipes for my smoked water. I'm guessing it would be best used in a cocktail.

    Open to all suggestions.

    Smoked ice cubes.

Drop them in a bloody mary or suitable cocktail of choice?

Make rice? Maybe a jambalaya, or red beans & rice, or Hoppin' John.

The only kind of smoked water I have ever seen isn't something I would want in my food.

Probably came from something that made you want to eat more food.

Ok so how do you smoke water? Is that what you set out to do or is it left over water from a recent cook? have you tasted it? I'm really curious?

I've been to two hog-killings and three county fairs and never heard of such a thing until this thread.

^ Put ice in a clean pan in the smoker after your next cook and let it melt.

I like the idea of smoked ice cubes for a bloody mary... More often than not I fill a spray bottle with it...for spritzing meat on long cooks. Add some superfine sugar to the mix and one can bring all sorts of things to the party.

As others have said, ice cubes. I like to take 2-3 smoked ice cubes and add some allspice dram and a bit of vodka. A very robust, sweet, spicy, smokey drink.. like autumn in a glass. Also smoked ice cubes + Castries peanut rum.. tastes like smoked peanut butter cream, dangerous!
