    Problem choosing what to cook for easter. Help!

    My meat aficionados! I'm already doing a lamb but I want to do something else. I want it to be fun challenging and complicated. NOT A BRISKETT. I've done brisketts... this is not the time. Help me pit brethren! You are my only hope.

    How much $$ you want to spend. A reconstructed rib roast using Activa RM to put back together would be a hoot.

    I get more requests from folks to cook pork butt than anything else.

      Yah I always do a butt or ribs. Maybe some beef ribs...

        I don't know. I want a chocolate spicy bbq sauce. That sounds fun.

        Instead of chocolate spicy BBQ sauce you could smoke some chickens and make a molé sauce.
