    Corned Beef Patty Melt!!!!

    Haven't tried this yet, but I am definitely going to give it a go next week!!!!!

    Next Thursday is St. Patrick's Day and in celebration of the holiday, we've got one of my favorite original burger recipes -- the St. Patty Melt.   It all came to me as I walked past one of the countless delicatessens surrounding my New York City office and spied my favorite corned beef Reuben s

        I can eat kraut straight up. That stuff is like crack to me. i don't know why but I love it. Usually, my brats are more like; Kraut with a brat, instead of the other way around.

          I'm right with you on this one. I layer the bun with kraut, then brat and then top it off with more kraut and onions. The brat is just for some grease to make sure everything stays lubricated.

        There is a joint in Omahahahaha that was serving this concoction, but I will be darned if I can remember which one. I guess I will have to whip one up next weekend after I smoke some pastrami.
