    Baby Love?

    I thought I saw a thread somewhere that talked about using beef fat (melted?) to add some killer taste to the meal. I thought it was called "Baby Love", but can't locate the recipe. Please advise and redirect post as needed.

    It's called beef love I think. Try searching that

        Yep ... Beef love. There's a reference to it on this site in the article on better-than-steakhouse-steaks in the Tested Recipes section.

              Medusa- next time you trim steaks or brisket or chucks (you get the idea) put all the fat trimmings in a covered skillet on low for 30-45min to build up a nice puddle of fat. Strain out the crispy solids and pour the liquid into an ice cube tray. I put mine in the freezer in a ziploc. Then you'll have single-serving beef love cubes as the need arises.
