Last Post not showing up in the right away

This has been going on for awhile, I think. I have even had it happen when I have started a new thread. There seems to just be a delay of a few minutes until the actual last post shows up sometimes, no matter how you navigate to it.

Reverently I have been experiencing a "bug" where, in the recent posts list out will show that the "last post" was made by some member. If I click on the link post arrow button, that pay doesn't appear. Even if I just go to the topic and scroll to the end, it's not there until sometime later. Refreshing the screen doesn't help either.
