I've tried several times to post on the SnS topic that Craigar started, but keep getting a database error message. I've tried to post the same message using both my PC and my iPhone.
Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner. A 22" Kettle with vortex SnS and OnlyFire pizza oven. A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPop and a Thermapen Mk4. Recently added 2 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
I posted and a couple others have. I'm sure it will be resolved. Still waiting for David Parrish do I need to set up a new account to order that great special offered.

I had to set up a new account on the new SnS site, RichieB , so I could place my order. I think that was because formerly you didn't have to have an email for your username. Now your email is your username. So I opened up a new account with my email as username and password and could then order. The only downside was that I lost my order history doing this.

I think this thread has some SnSGrills and The Pit stuff mixed together? But as far as accounts on our site, I do believe you're going to have to set up a new account. Our new system is much better though. Because we're on Shopify, we have more payment methods including Amazon Payments, and in many cases Shopify can pre-populate your checkout info. The new site's prime directive was "make things simple/easy with a clean modern look". We did the best we could with the old site, but now that we've grown this was a natural progression.
