There really seems to be a blossoming interest in the subject here, I wouldn't rule it out. Let's see what Pit Boss thinks, we just might see it pop up!

We like to encourage folks to read Meathead's cautionary article about it, (if you haven't already) so you have a firm grasp of the true scope of the endeavor. This isn't to deflate your balloon but more to open your eyes to what could potentially pop it in the professional foodservice industry.

Maybe I'm missing this, but I think it'd be great to start a Catering section where we could share ideas/issues related to catering.
