    Minor Typos on "How to Make Bacon" page

    I think this is at least my fourth time reading this page, ready for my first attempt at bacon! Found a few minor typos in case you wish to fix them. I'm referring to this particular article: https://amazingribs.com/tested-recip...con-home-it-so
    1. Try pan sautéing broccoli or potatoes in bacon fat over moderate heat to see what I mean.
    2. It is a cross between prosciutto and Ameerican bacon.
    3. Make sure you explain that you want raw bacon, not cured, and not csliced.
    4. But take note: It will not get as hard and crispy as commercial cold smoked bacon with ntrates.
