Titles of Inbox Messages are Clipped Horizontally

Thanks. I do my best to help. And the issue was actually caused by my "fix" of another issue. Fixed one thing, broke another. It is all connected! Anyway, now both are properly fixed.

I cannot read the titles of Inbox messages on the Inbox page. They appear as the topmost portion of the words. When I click on those skinny horizontal markings, the page for the individual message and its title appear normally.
