I am always eyeing these at the local meat locker and then my wife looks at the price tag and gives me the strange look.... so I take her down to the other case and go look... ribeyes are this much per pound... or I can get this and cut my own and it is this much less per pound.... lol... still hasn't let me go all in yet...
