Sounds tasty...I like the idea of the gochujang. Gonna need to try that...mine currently are pretty much full on traditional style.
And while obviously tasty, which is why this has stood the test of time, this variation sounds like a winner.

Except for the Italian seasoning, that's pretty close to how my mom did steaks on the grill, so that's how I've been doing it for maybe 40 years.
