    Strange. All the testing and near the end says “looked closely at it”. Is this a mistake?

    another question. Is there any way to sort by heat flux? Would that be easy to add?

    Also so would be cool (hot?) to see an article on heat flux with measurements of various charcoal setups for comparison to gas setups. Say a chimney, chimney of insanity with fan, SNS fully loaded, Weber kettle with one or two chimneys dumped in etc...
