Frozen Smoke I agree... I’m looking at a couple of Bayou Classic fryers...trying to decide between the 700-701 & 700-709.
I already have a nice two-basket indoor fryer, but I can max that out fairly quickly...thus my search for a more "industrial" fryer. And I also have a "turkey" fryer...but that get used for beer more often than turkey. LOL
