Cool product ...the smaller version is worth considering if you need/want to dry age a big hunk o' meet!

This is pretty cool! could be very useful for small restaurants that wanted to have a specialty in-house dry aged item on the menu.
It would be cool to see a side by side comparison, or blind taste test on this SteakAger vs Umai Dry Bags, which are also linked in this same article. That price, I would never be in the market for the STeakAger, but the Umai Dry Bags are amazing for a home cook hack looking for the dry age project a few times a year.
