In order to ensure safe dry aging at home, SteakAger PRO 40 features humidity control and a UVC light to manage bacterial growth. All in all, the PRO 40 is a good choice for steak lovers who need capacity, have the budget, and want to knock their guests' taste buds out of the park.

This is pretty cool! could be very useful for small restaurants that wanted to have a specialty in-house dry aged item on the menu.

It would be cool to see a side by side comparison, or blind taste test on this SteakAger vs Umai Dry Bags, which are also linked in this same article. That price, I would never be in the market for the STeakAger, but the Umai Dry Bags are amazing for a home cook hack looking for the dry age project a few times a year.
