I may not have your photo skills but that's ok. Picked these ribs up for $1.55lb today at the butcher. Have them dry brining atm ready to toss on the parrilla tonight for the family. Marbling is incredible on them... gonna be good!! I may posts pics if y'all behave yourselves.

Fuego!!! Fire. Use a little bit of carbón to get the mesquite started. Also I cut a chunk of beef lard and tossed on top to melt and get the fire rippin!
Not sure about the champane of beers. Was cheap and bought a bunch for my sons birthday tge other day. Monday I will be drinking craft beer at one of Buenos aires best bars.
Only pics I could get while cutting into tiny bite size chunks for the kids. (Cooked it more for the kids, this is my piece). Also cooked a piece of roast beef for quick work night dinner this week .
