Just luck! These things are not easy to get just right. They always taste great but sometimes the crust is just different. The book tells you not to obsess about the shape so... you see the results!
Second night with the grill. We’re going to attempt our favorite ever grilled pizza of the Al Forno Providence style. We used to do these on the BGE but they were exceedingly difficult due to the lack of a good 2 zone setup. They always tasted good but they were never exactly right...
So, I pulled it too soon. It was still one of the most delicious ribeye’s I have ever had!
the corn was absolutely the best I’ve ever had.
We are all happy!
