One of the best things about this video is that he spends some time clearly showing one how to carve a turkey.

He actually has about 5 turkey videos. I saw a spatchcock version recently as well. Looks like everyone's gearing up for the old gobblers!! I wanted to do paella this T'day but the family revolted and bought a 17# bird. Damn, turkey again......
