Anybody familiar with this book? The author was on the tube this AM, and he sounded pretty interesting.

I read up on it at Amazon. It does sound like an interesting read. I believe Meathead said he was going to touch on some of this in his next book.

I have this one. It's full of spice information but more so from the angle of what spices to use on specific foods. In other words it starts with a specific food and or spice then suggests which spices and or food go with it. A good book IMO.
