    I watched this yesterday on CBS, it was pretty impressive cooking. Nothing I would want to do, but, it made me want a Santa Maria grill.

      It’s interesting how he is covered by the press. They said everything is hung at a "precise" level, that the newsie reporting. Mallman says he didn’t know what kind of fire he would have in the morning, there goes the preciseness. Actually, a ton of experience & know how of live fire is involved & he’s mastered it. His books are really cool & serve as an inspiration to work with fired cooking.
