If you are a pizza lover, and like to make pizza at home, this is the definitive guide to doing just that! Mr. Forkish has done it again. He has written another book with a wealth of information, presented in a very enjoyable read. It is like you are sitting down having conversations with him about making pizza. The photography is absolutely stunning, and the book reads like a tour guide of the pizza regions of Italy. I have used two of the recipes so far, and I was very pleased with the results. And the book is not just recipes. There are a multitude of hints, tips and tricks; everything from types of flour to water temperature, types of cheese, etc. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this book.
