I currently have 4 grills 2 gas (Weber spirit 700 and Weber 1000) 2 charcoal (Weber master touch 22 and PK360). I also have a cast iron hibachi and a joule Sous vide. I have multiple probe thermometers , MK4, Smoke, 2 chef alarm, ThermaQ and thermaK and a thermoworks IR with K probe port. for knives I love my Messermeister Olive elite and my TojironDP Gyutou. which I keep razor sharp using my edge-pro. I also have a weather station to keep an eye on good Grilling weather.

@Payn Train I will. I got one for each kettle. They say Friday delivery but I am hoping for Thursday since I will be cooking pork butts for 200+ Thursday night. I got brisket for Friday night so no big deal.

Spinaker ... before I quit smoking I was 283lbs. I could load the saddlebags and front Basket with stuff weighing about 50/60 lbs and ride it at 20 miles per hour. It has a governor to limit the speed to 20 mph to maintain it's bicycle status. Over 20 mph it becomes a motorcycle.

Wow... it looks like there's going to be some major chowing down going on there!!!😜 Who's making the sides? They might need a bread maker.😎 We've got enough freshly trained experienced bread maker's in the Pit to cover their needs!🤙 No need for that store bought stuff.🙄Last edited by Breadhead; March 27, 2017, 11:54 AM.

I have 3 outdoor devices (plus a couple indoor items) Starting with the PBC, Faux Kamado Kooker,(Akorn metal Kamado) & Oklahoma Joe offset grill and smoker. I use the FireBoard WiFi Thermometer. IQ110 (heat control device for akorn) recently acquired a Char-Broil Big Easy TRU-INFRARED 3-in-1 Roaster, Smoker and Grill, I also have A Anova & Joule Sous Vide Wands and The Steakager ( a unit for Dry aging big hunks of meat!)
That is KOOL!! So what are the odds that anything built today (with its planned obsolescence) will still be working in 150 years!!

Nowadays everything is computer this computer that...They don't build them like that anymore.

I have 3 cars and none have computers.....
