    I got a wild thought, I like burnt ends and I like spam so why not spam burnt ends.
    I am sad to I was not the first to think of it.

      Fried Spam on white bread with Mayo is wonderful. Grilled Spam should be better, and Spam burnt ends is beyond imagination. We want pics and a taste evaluation when you make them.

          As Meathead has taught us, no rules in the kitchen. I’m not that big on spam, but I may try Boar’s head bologna burnt ends. I love the stuff smoked with a light glaze.
