WSM 22.5", Pitmaster IQ110, Weber 22.5" Kettle with SNS, Weber 14" Smokey Joe.
Authentic VA style Brunswick stew
I'll post the link for the recipe here. Only changes made were using .75 cup of ketchup and 2/3 cup of Eastern NC vinegar based sauce in place of the 1.5 cups bbq sauce. Also a few dashes of Texas Pete.

I’m from Powhatan. Does playing Brunswick middle school in basketball count for anything?

All out of squirrel HawkerXP! scottranda My grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousins lived there off Lake Shawnee. Loved spending summers there growing up. My grandaddy was James "Jimmy" Cole and my uncle is Frank Cole. My uncle finally retired from DuPont. Worked there starting at age 18.
