    I've always found it funny that something called chili is served hot. it'sa bit oximoronic in my factual opinion.

      Interesting with the cocoa powder. Other than that and the peperoncini it looks like a typical crock pot chili. It's getting to be chili weather around here I would try a cup.

        +2 on the cocoa powder, I've heard this used before but always forget about it when I'm making it.

      Some like it hot, some not so hot, simple easy, and edible. pairs well with PBR.
      I pare it with PBR.

        When I makes me up some Quickie Weeknight Chili, ya can bet I reach fer th Williams, McC's, or even store brand mix...plus SPGO, no diced vegs, powdered or dehydrated peppers, canned crushed maters...still tastes dang danged Guuud!!!

        I usually watch mebbe twenty, to fitty, then make th dish like I usually make it, sometimes incorporatin in a slick tip, trick, or ingredient(s) from what I've seen.
        Learnin is fun, an Variety is said to be Th Spice Of Life.
