    Can I cure sliced pork belly?

    I was wondering if it was possible to use the wet cure of meatheads to brine pre-sliced pork belly? A friend of mine tried mine that I made and really liked it but, the pork he brought me has already been sliced from the butcher. Thank you for your help in advance.

    Yes. But what you'd want to do is band it together so it resembled a solid belly. Basically stand them on one edge and put the slices side by side (rather than the fanned out approach you see when buying bacon). Secure them with twine so that they stay together (NOT a rubber band) then use the calculator on the free side to figure time and proportions.
