bbqLuv - I've started to move away from rubs with salt since I primarily dry brine the proteins. I've added Cumin and Mushroom powder to BBBR to amp it up a bit.
I like an easy rub recipe. It would be nice to know how a teaspoon of Lawry’s compares to a teaspoon of kosher salt. Since I started dry brining, I have gotten very comfortable using K salt. Not so comfortable using Lawry’s yet.
