Any interesting suggestions on how to cook them? Smoking & searing with my new SnS is the first choice.
Your first thought is a good one. Just seasoned and grilled works well too. Smoked, pulled, and turned into Turkey salad is another good way to go. Boned, skinned, and marinated, you could do any number of Asian preparations. I do a Middle Easternish Chicken and rice, with a reduction sauce, but I would think turkey would work just as well. You could give that a try.
Turkey pot pie is always a hit.
