We like to have these as a side with almost anything. It’s very easy and has about 5 nin prep time, It takes 45 min to 1 hr cooking time.
Lay some tin foil on a flat work space place Bacon on tin foil overlapping slightly, place a couple pats of butter on the bacon, cut desired amount of potatoes using a mandolin the potatoes should sliced about 1/8 thick place over medium heat for 45 min and start checking the bacon for doneness. Take off and enjoy
