    Weird texture but oddly seductive.

Never tried one, and don't plan on it either... I think the terrorists would at least score if not win if I ate one...

Meathead’s recipe is not injection molded like McD’s! We do this with leftover ribs as well.

Never tried one. And as said above, don’t plan to. I’ve done my own for years.

I've had it a couple times. It's not awful, but I don't know what all the hype is. It's the Big Mac of pork sandwiches. If that's good enough for some people, I'm happy.

They bring back up here every so often, a sauce laden, soggy breaded PITA.
I haven't brought on in 30 years or so and my life has the better for it.

Nice. I frequently make rib sandwiches.

They are one of my guilty pleasures. Weird texture, odd shape, and a sauce that threatens to put you in a diabetic coma. What's not to love?

The McRib is nothing more than low quality, ground pork burger with fake BBQ sauce.
The real beauty of the McRib is that it makes every thing you grill look and taste great in comparison.

Just to riff on Meathead's recipe, his IS an actual ham......burger.

You would not, could not on the run.
You would not eat McRib - not one!

One should at least experience one, in one's Mclife.
