Lot of liquid came out on the plate they were resting on, put top side down on pellet smoker, added more memphis rub to now top side on smoker.
225F, smoke level 9, about 75 minutes to 130F
blazing hot grill, used grill grate flat side for seer, 1'30" on each side.
Finish temp 150F. I'd like it a little less, but wife likes her pork medium+
