    Spinach Souffle Recipe

    Couldn't find anything in the Recipes section. I know I could google one. Wondering if anybody has a good, tested recipe.

    I will be using frozen spinach. I tried it once with fresh and it was more of a PIA and wasn't anything spectacular.

      Also looking around here’s a super simple one. Doesn’t really qualify as a soufflé, but has the right flavor profiles.
