    Cooking outside the box...

    You've all seen some of us on AR mention StellaCullinary.com from time to time. Chef Jocob is my bread baking mentor, my friend, whom I've never met in person. He and I have an online affiliations that has made me a better bread maker and a better Backyard Chef.

    Thank you for posting this - for some reason the Potato Skin stands out from the crowd for me .. And pork ribs and apple sauce - using transglutaminase aka meat glue. I have used it myself before with great results ... i have some in my freezer...
