Our oldest Annie Oakley is on her way out, in fact the grave is dug and at the ready. Standing Bear his big sister Belle Starr are bonding famously, whereas Annie is channelling WC Fields....."Go away kid, you're bothering me!"

I have a good suspicion that Standing Bear is in for the treat of his life. I have 3 shadows that think I'm a food vending machine.

It's coming full circle. Our first two dogs were Annie Oakley and Molly Brown. Belle Starr was brought into the pack because of the failing health of Molly. Annie was the tolerant big sister to the little terrorist while Molly was the 'grumpy old lady'. Now Annie has assumed that role and Belle is getting a reminder of how she used to be. As for Bear, it's all new to him and one big party!
