    I have lost about 6 pounds. Most what I taste right now is salt.

    My wife still can’t use her old toothpaste. While she lost some sense of smell her sense of taste just changed. I still can’t get her to eat fish!

    Our daughter and her husband caught it in May, they still don't have all their sense of taste and smell back. Toothpaste, wine, chocolate, coffee, anything with high amounts of butyric acid it seems. She says it's slow, but little by little they're getting things back. Cola is bad, but orange soda is okay. Stuff like that.
