    BE the 4th?

    without a BBQ? So, I'm defrosting today, brine tomorrow, on the smoke tomorrow night for overnight smoke and BBQ on Saturday for lunch. mmmmmmm. and BBQ Sauce. I wonder if it would cook as well IN canning jars IN the Sous Vide? then, of course, there will be home made Chocolate Ice Cream and Waffle Cones. For today, Sous Vide Poached eggs for breakfast, Hard Boiled for egg salad for lunch. Vanilla Bean and milk Chocolate Pot Du Crème made last night for desert today with Steak for dinner.
