          • I cook on a 15-year-old Kamado #9, a huge beast nearly 6 feet tall and with black ceramic tile on the outside. I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds. Just added an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

                  I think we should encourage everyone to make sure there is some sort of note in the gift or at least identify the giver! I just got this delivered and didn't know if it is one of my grateful customers or my Secret Santa. Either way would have made MY day. Can't be anything but super excited for this!

                  After a long hold with SRF (no problem, I am researching a new washing machine purchase which I finished just in time) I determined that it was sent by Richard Chrz --- my new favorite AR member! Thanks Richard!
