I feel your pain. My gift, from me to my recipient, was sent directly by the vendor via USPS Priority Mail, guaranteed 3 day delivery. That would have been 12/8. The USPS tracking website has not updated since 12/11. It just says still in transit. Numerous calls to USPS by the vendor with only voice mail and no return call. Very frustrating. Sorry. I needed to vent a little. The good news I guess is that the vendor has promised a full refund if not delivered tomorrow wether it ever shows up or not. So in that event, I guess Iโ€™ll start over. ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Yes I have very impressed by the vendor. Canโ€™t ask for than that. After all the delay is not their fault.

I sent a package USPS 2-day delivery to my brother on 12/4. Last update on 12/8 was that same 'In Transit' message. No updates since.

I had to check the expiration date on my man card to see if I was qualified to wield this.

Thank you to my SS but Boka Haram just called and asked for their weapon back.

No dice! Was my response. my country needs me.

    Peace Yoโ€™s.

    • I cook on a 15-year-old Kamado #9, a huge beast nearly 6 feet tall and with black ceramic tile on the outside. I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds. Just added an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.

After over a week of stalking the tracking info on the package headed to my Secret Santa recipient, I now see that it is scheduled for delivery sometime tomorrow. Heads, up, recipient (even though you don't know who you are). This will be delivered by your postal carrier, but I guarantee the box won't fit into any mailbox.

I'm humbled by the kindness of my Secret Santa HouseHomey. There was clearly some stalking involved, but also a lot intuition. Thank you so much HH. You knocked it out of the park! Check out this haul! My SS hooked me up with some awesome sauces and rubs!

First, the hot sauce.......Speedy's Hot Sauce (The Original) It came highly recommended from @phrogpilo73 It is really good. A hot roasted pepper taste in a carrot base, which just so happens to be my favorite flavor profile for sauces. The habaneros give it slow heat build.

Glad you enjoyed it! Speedy's is my all time favorite hot sauce, my wife carries a bottle for me in her purse when we go out to dinner. I've had 44, 45, 46, 48 and 88. I'm afraid of 666, and still want to try 47. 44 remains my hands down favorite though.

My SS read my mind. Iโ€™m always leaving a roll of paper towels out and either the rain or wind end up destroying them. Now I can store them actually at the table without them getting ruined. And trying to find these Weber wax starters around my area has been like hunting Bigfoot and now I have a second box of gloves for in the kitchen. Thanks SS and I hope you and your family have a wonderful and Merry Christmas,

So I was kidding about PaynTrainโ€™s post above with the cutting board when lo and behold a package appeared on my porch. I fumbled with it a bit and guess what:

Click image for larger version Name:	gift.jpg Views:	0 Size:	805.9 KB ID:	957117

Personalized, mind you, with some bourbon infused spice so I can eat it as well as drink it!!! A little detective work leads me to believe that just maybe troymeister may have had something to do with this. Thanks, I love it and I will post my first bourbon spiced board carved porterhouse pic soon, cause this deserves to be treated with respect!

If I am wrong about the giver, let me know so I can correct myself.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

      the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.
